Zharvek of Archaic Binary has developed a Windows connection client for his BBS using the R&M Door Library and very kindly released the project as open source. It comes as a Windows executable written in C# and requires .NET Framework 2.0 or above (released January 2006).

While the connection client has been tested extensively, please consider it to be a beta version. If you spot any flaws in the code, please let me know and I can update it accordingly.

• Unzip the BBSlink Connection Client archive in a directory accessible to your BBS software.
 
• Edit the bbslink.bat batch file and enter your system's authentication credentials in the appropriate places.
 
• Call the connection client from your BBS software as seen in the examples below together with the door code you wish to call (as listed on main sysop resources page).
 
• For example:
  

      bbslink.bat lord {path to DOOR32.SYS}

  to call Legend of the Red Dragon

      bbslink.bat luna {path to DOOR32.SYS}

  to call Lunatix
